Late/Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or rebook an appointment over 15 minutes late.

24 hour cancellation policy: no shows or late minute cancellations may result in a penalty charge of 50% of the intended services.

Guarantee

Our service guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the service that we have provided, please contact us within 7 days from your original appointment to schedule a complimentary 'fix' appointment.

Parties

Larger special parties may be required to make a 50% deposit upon booking their event.

Prices

All prices are subject to applicable taxes & change without notice. Please note, prices may vary with different nail techs/stylists
